Why one company makes the difference

After a leak or fire, homeowners usually hire one company to dry, another for drywall, another to paint and another for floors. Every hand-off adds days and room for finger-pointing. We do all of it — one schedule, one guarantee.

Our crew is bilingual (English and Portuguese), which connects us with the large Brazilian community in Marlborough, Framingham, Hudson and Milford — and with every client who values clear communication.

Transparency: how to check us out

How do I verify any contractor in Massachusetts?

Look up the Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration in the official state search and, for structural work, the Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Contracts over $1,000 must be in writing, and M.G.L. c.142A caps the deposit at one-third of the price.

What is the Massachusetts Guaranty Fund?

A state fund that can reimburse homeowners up to $25,000 when a registered HIC contractor fails to perform. To keep that protection, the contractor — not the homeowner — should pull the building permit.

Which standards do you follow?

On restoration jobs we follow IICRC S500 (water), S520 (mold) and S700 (fire) procedures and EPA guidance. In pre-1978 homes we use lead-safe work practices.
